Manaaki Charitable Trust is setup for the children of Aotearoa NZ, and will continue to grow out to our extended family members around the globe IDEA GENERATION future proofing 200 years guaranteed plan. During the leasing period, the company is expected to pay a donation fee to there selected Manaaki trust organisation at the cost the lessee feels is required.

Leasing Terms and Conditions

Leasing one of the businesses is a temporary transfer of assets such as digital assets, Manaaki brand, and all digital creations during the period of lease, including the audience reputation. Leasing Agreement Fee

Lease agreement plans are structured down the margin of the page. Starting from two years minimum to a 1o year leasing plan to suit the individuals needs and goals, open to negotiations with the lessee when required. The lessee is expected to pay the percentage of the total profits made during the month or annual period under the lease agreement.
